A design build for our client IAG requiring a 2700m2 industrial office and warehouse building including a large yard and canopy.  Features of this development include a full truck drive around, large canopy and a large retaining component to achieve workable yard and building areas.  IAG required total separation from the office and yard operations for public safety. We achieved this by creating 2 separate entrances with the yard operations at one end of the building and public access at the other.  The development commenced December 2022 and our client took possession in late 2023.
