A design build for our client requiring a 3000m2 industrial office and warehouse building including a canopy. The development has the benefit of a full container truck drive around. A second office/ warehouse building was spec’d on the balance of the site which was leased prior to construction commencement. A feature of this unit is the large canopy which utilises a party wall providing protection from the prevailing weather.  We expect our tenants to take possession of the respective buildings later in 2022.
